Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Analyzing network security requirements and recommending security
solutions that are aligned with the company's security policies and objectives.
2. Implementing, configuring, installing, and managing firewalls, intrusion detection and
prevention systems (IDPS), PAM, VPN, DLP, Data Classification, SIEM, Email Security, Web Security,
EDR and other network security technologies to protect against cyber threats.
3. Configuring and maintaining network infrastructure devices, including switches, routers, Load
balancers and wireless access points, to ensure that they are secure and operating effectively.
4. Monitoring network traffic and activity to detect potential security incidents and responding
to security breaches or incidents in a timely manner.
5. Providing guidance ,and training to other IT staff on network security best practices and
ensuring that employees are following security protocols.
6. Continuous upgrade of the company's network and security devices.
7. Provide level 2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve network issues.
8. Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
9. To be compliant with ISO27001 and ISO20000.
