Generalized Job description:
Install, follow-up, support, trouble shooting and maintenance of hardware and software
Training users on devices and applications
Design, configure and operate new network and communications solutions
Improve the efficiency of existing networks and communications,
Managing networks and communications
Managing, protecting and maintaining servers
Creation of user manuals, operating procedures and reports.
Skills on SharePoint, Exchange and Active Directory
Managing security threats (End point protection, Proxy, MDM, MFA, Firewall, …)
Knowledge and implementation of Cyber Security Authority controls
Gathering and analyzing business requirements
Create comprehensive documents, plans and reports for projects Develop
Monitor project deadlines, budgets and various activities

Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in I.T or CS
Experience 1-5 years in the same field
Microsoft windows server 2012-2016
Knowledge on the load balancer
Familiar with the new generation firewalls (NGFW CEH)
CCNP (R&S), WSUS, ADFS, IIS, Radio
3-5 years’ experience in Oracle Fusion C Remed system
Certified in either CC
Knowledge of Oracle, SQL
