New based western company Required IT System Admin
Responsibilities & Qualifications :
• Experience of 4-6 years as a System Administrator / Help Desk
• 1-2 years’ experience in Dynamic 365 ERP Systems Administration and Configuration
• Excellent Knowledge of Windows Technologies ( Windows servers 2016/2019) installations and upgrade and Office 365 online and office apps.
• Administer Firewall Fort iGATE 100D and DPL system ( Endpoint protector) and Kaspersky Enterprise antivirus.
• Good knowledge of Linux and MacOS installation and administration.
• Good knowledge of Servers hardware like Dell PowerEdge Series.
• Excellent Knowledge of network infrastructure devices switches, routers WAN technologies VPN and Fiber link and WIFI AP
• Excellent written and verbal communication, high attention to detail, willing to work on weekends if necessary or after hours.
• High levels of commitment and dedication, passionate and eager to learn, ability to work within a team, active and Dynamic.
• English and Arabic speaking.
• Advanced Network Administration Skills. This is technician level job. Not an engineering.
• Advanced communication skills. Ability to work with different type of customers on help desk tickets.
• Time Flexibility. Ability to work, in Flexible working day & time.
• must have Quick learning skills.
