Basic Salary - Rs. 1200 to 1800 Aed for first 3 months then salary will increased as per working performances. Sales commission and bonus also provided as per company policy.

Duty -12 hrs 6 days in a week

Must have sound knowledge :
Briyani – Kolka Style
Roti / Paratha, Different stuff parathas like Aloo, Saag, Dal, Keema, Gobi, Muli Paratha
Good tea making – Masala, Ginger, black etc
Chole Bature & other Indian street snacks like - Kachu /samosa etc
Indian curry – Mix veg, Chicken curry , Paneer dishes
Knowledge in tandoor marination for oil fry kabab – delhi style.
1 Waiter Pantry boy: must have pantry knowledge – like sandwiches, Lassi, Juice making, tea making and serving
Min 2 Years working Experience.
Must Know English and Hindi.
Salary- 1000 to 1200 Aed + Tips + Sales commissions
