Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises.
Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing doents as needed.
Run errands such as banking tasks, purchasing office supplies, and other miscellaneous duties.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments for meetings.
Support the administrative team with various tasks as required.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite proficiency is a plus).
