Responsibilities:
Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing.
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
Greet and assist visitors to the office.
Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory levels are adequate.
Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings and appointments.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks.
Coordinate with other team members to support overall office efficiency.
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
