We are looking to hire a property management coordinator office assistant for immediate joining.
Ensure effective and efficient lease management, negotiations and coordination.
Coordinate with tenants, maintenance team, contractors, suppliers, management etc for smooth transaction of the business.
Generate tenancy contracts, tax invoices, receipts, Ejari registrati, and lease renewal notices to the tenants.
Conduct, review and renewal of expiring leases of existing properties where applicable.
Summarize the utility bills and service charges of the properties.
Liaise with accounts departments for payments and receipts.
Liaise with the regulatory and governing bodies like DLD, Rent Dispute Committee, Dubai Municipality and Civil Defense to obtain the necessary permits.
Coordinate with insurance providers for timely coverage of properties and staff insurance.
Follow up with tenants for all delayed payments and bounced cheques as per company policy.
Prepare doents for filing legal cases and coordinate with the lawyers.
Perform regular administrative duties and any other duties instructed by the management.
Maintaining administrative records with full confidentiality.
Data entry and regular updates in the system for all information pertaining to leases, termination, receipts, in close coordination with the accounts department.
Preparing dai reports as directed by the management.
Managing property portals and property listings and ensure they meet both company and RERA compliance requirements.
