Our Company is Looking for a fresher or with related experience as Office Assistant (clerk). Knowledge on the Office Duties, Computer and Dealing with Client / Visitors.
Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
Maintaining files and Welcoming visitors to your office,
Answering phone calls with Similar experience is a must.
Taking and delivering messages
Ensuring the office runs smoothly
Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees
Only Male applicants are Allowed and Local Hire is mandatory.
Candidate must join the company immediately with the maximum of 5 days after Hiring.
