We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to join our team. The Office Boy will be responsible for performing various administrative and support tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks. This role requires excellent organization and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in office maintenance and organization, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of work areas.
2. Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing doents, photocopying, and scanning.
3. Prepare and serve refreshments, including t and water, to employees and guests.
4. Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary.
5. Collect and distribute mail, packages, and other deliveries.
6. Run errands, such as purchasing office supplies or delivering important doents.
7. Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging equipment for presentations or conferences.
8. Help in scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars for executives.
9. Assist in data entry and maintaining records, both physical and digital.
10. Support other departments or employees with basic tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
2. Proven experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant, or similar role is an advantage.
3. Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
4. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
5. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
6. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
7. Punctuality and reliability in meeting assigned tasks and deadlines.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
9. Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting and carrying packages, setting up equipment, or moving furniture if required.
10. Flexibility to work after-hours or weekends occasionally for special projects or events.
