The Office Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized office environment, ensuring hygiene and cleanliness standards are met at all times. The ideal candidate should have experience in cleaning tasks, possess strong attention to detail, and be able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
1. Clean and sanitize all office areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchen, and common areas to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
2. Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors, ensuring they are free from debris, stains, and spills.
3. Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, chairs, tables, cabinets, and windows.
4. Empty and clean trash receptacles on a regular basis.
5. Maintain and restock restroom supplies, such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and air fresheners.
6. Clean and polish mirrors, windows, and glass surfaces.
7. Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained.
8. Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies, reporting shortages to the supervisor.
9. Follow health and safety protocols to avoid accidents and minimize risks.
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a Cleaner or equivalent role is preferred.
2. Knowledge of different cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
3. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
4. Good physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and stand for long periods.
5. Ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks.
6. Strong time management and organizational skills.
7. Knowledge of proper waste disposal procedures.
8. Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
9. Dependable and trustworthy, with a strong work ethic.
10. Good communication skills.
