Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all office areas including floors, windows, desks, and common areas.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment regularly.
- Empty and clean waste and recycling bins.
- Replenish supplies in washrooms, kitchens, and other designated areas.
- Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and materials.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Follow established health and safety protocols at all times.
- Perform occasional deep cleaning tasks, such as carpet cleaning or floor waxing.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when reordering is necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as an Office Cleaner or in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Good physical stamina to handle manual work, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
