We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Office Cleaner to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Office Cleaner is to maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout our office premises. The ideal candidate is meticulous, organized, and takes pride in ensuring a clean and pleasant working environment for our employees and visitors. This position requires the ability to work independently and efficiently to meet cleaning standards and deadlines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, carpets, and furniture.
2. Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures.
3. Empty and clean waste bins and dispose of trash in designated areas.
4. Refill supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and hand sanitizers in restrooms and kitchen areas.
5. Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including counters, sinks, appliances, and tables.
6. Clean windows, glass partitions, and any glass surfaces to maintain a polished and transparent appearance.
7. Ensure all office areas are well-maintained, including hallways, meeting rooms, lobbies, and break rooms.
8. Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, notifying the supervisor in a timely manner when supplies are low or need replacement.
9. Follow safety procedures and guidelines, including properly handling and storing cleaning chemicals.
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures while performing daily cleaning tasks.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience as an Office Cleaner or similar role is preferred.
2. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safe usage of cleaning chemicals.
3. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
4. Attention to detail and thoroughness in performing tasks to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
5. Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
6. Excellent time management skills to meet cleaning schedules and deadlines.
7. Strong verbal communication skills to interact professionally with colleagues and visitors.
8. Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects if required.
9. Flexibility to work after-hours or weekends for special cleaning projects or events.
10. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
