Office Secretary / Manager Assistant
IMXPOWER is a general trading company which is based in Dubai, UAE and active in expo sector. We are looking for Office Secretary / Manager Assistant to join our team.
Key Activities:
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, handling phone calls, managing emails, and organizing calendars.
Doent Management: Assist in the creation, editing, and distribution of various doents, reports, and presentations. Ensure that all doentation is accurately filed and easily accessible.
Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute action items. Assist in setting up meeting rooms with necessary materials and technology.
Financial Support: Collaborate with the finance team to process invoices, expense reports, and other financial doentation.
Problem Solving: Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Hiring Platform Management: Post job openings on relevant hiring platforms, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and optimizing job descriptions for maximum visibility.
Candidate Screening: Assist in screening and shortlisting job applicants based on predefined criteria. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
