The Official Technical Archive coordinates project document and records management services for all aspects of a project from start-up to closeout. Review technical documents along with the ability to spot errors, typing contracts, archiving files and ensuring all team members have access to necessary documentation.
Check for accuracy and support the procedures maintaining transparent, up-to-date and easily traceable documents.
Review and update technical documents. Retrieve files as requested by the project team. Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
