Job Description

• respond to customers via e-mail and online chat boxes.
• Obtain and Record the details of customer information, inquiries, comments and complaints, as well as the actions taken to resolve any issues.
• Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
• Monitor fulfillment of customers' orders via store pick or delivery service
• Track and report business outcome of data-driven insights
• Provide 3rd party website support
