Responsibilities
Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
Manage the daily functions of the business and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines
Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
Manage budget to align with goals of business
Managing building material operations within budget and to the highest standards
Leading the team by recruiting and training
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
Continuously make necessary improvements
Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Responsible for distribution and warehouses operations around the kingdom
Report to management regarding sales results and productivity
Ability to work under pressure
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in building material management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant software's
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
Comfort working with multiple groups within business
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Communication and leadership skills
Up to date with building material trends and best practices
Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
