Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the shop and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor the quality of the shop’s output and ensure that safety and quality standards are being met.
• Supervise and train employees in the proper use of tools and techniques.
• Monitor staff attendance and performance and provide feedback and corrective action as needed.
• Ensure that the shop is compliant with all bulletproof regulations and requirements.
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and safety of the shop.
• Manage the shop’s budget and ensure that costs are kept to a minimum.
• Review customer feedback and make changes to improve customer satisfaction.
The Operation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a car paint, dent repair and Smart Repair Workshop. The Operation Supervisor will ensure the shop is running efficiently and safely and that the team of employees are properly trained and qualified to complete the job. This includes scheduling, cost control, supervising staff, and adhering to safety and quality standards. The Operation Supervisor will also be charged with assuring the shop meets all necessary bulletproof regulations and requirements.
