Position: Operations & Account Management Executive
 
Role Summary
The Operations & Account management executive is responsible for providing day to day support to the management as well as managing key clients along with the Business Development Director.
 
Location: Dubai, UAE
 
Reporting to: Senior Manager - Operations & IT, in the UAE
 
Key responsibilities:
·         Collecting, analyzing & communicating student feedback, practice test results and attendance report to management & client
·         Sending course related notifications to students & clients via emails and SMS
·         Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
·         Build relationships with key employees among customers
·         Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
·         Update the records in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
·         Manage course logistics (Feedback forms, attendance, certificates management etc.) and prepare reports using project management tools and techniques.
·         Collaborate with internal teams to address customers’ needs
·         Collaborate with finance and account managers to ensure contract execution
·         Lead project execution across client and teams. Plan delivery of contracted business activities for assigned projects.
 
Venue Management & Logistics
·         Coordinate with Hotels or Client office to ensure readiness and preparation of training venues & managing overall course logistics.
·         Booking reservations for travel including air tickets, hotel etc. for faculty and BDM’s
