We are currently looking for a passionate and exceptional candidate who will join our dynamic team. Operations Manager will lead and manage all aspects of Rooms Division (Front Office, Meet and Greet, Reservations, Business Center) and will work closely with housekeeping team to ensure that all hotel standards are followed with a friendly and engaging and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the operations of Rooms division in a consistent manner to ensure a high level of quality and customer satisfaction
Ensure to deliver excellent Guest satisfaction and meet department’s objectives while maximizing financial performance
Prepare and execute monthly forecasting activities, annual budget, business and marketing plan with the objective to meet and exceed expectations
Monitors passenger traffic with expected arrivals and departures
Handles and resolves Guest’s concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying all relevant departments.
Ensure that standards and procedures are being followed
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management
• Preferably to have atleast 3-5 years managerial experience in a hotel
• Should have extensive knowledge in revenue management and Opera PMS system
• Excellent communication skills and organizational skills are required
• Quality driven with strong leadership skills and high level of accountability
• Must be service focused with the ability to work well under pressure
