Duties and Responsibilities:
• Leverage proven program management skills to develop and manage solutions to meet our production & customer’s needs.
• Identify and drive initiatives to improve customer experience either through defect reductions or ease of use.
• Leverage the appropriate metrics to develop and track initiatives to improve operational workflows.
• Understand business objectives from various stakeholders and continually align your work with those objectives.
• Have an extreme attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multiple-task.
• Be a problem solver who understands how to get things done across multiple teams
• Develop and maintain the roadmap of business tools with strong understanding of prioritized business needs within Business & Operations.
• Responsible for hardware performance, desired results of the computer-produced output, and for the timely and economic utilization of all operations support equipment.
• Reviewed hardware failure and prepare vendor performance logs.
Education and Qualifications:
• With five (5+) years of work experience in Production and Line Management Program.
• MBA or relevant graduate degree
• Experience launching new products or processes with cross-functional impact
• Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders
• Demonstrated program ownership and consistent delivery on commitments - great organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail.
• A history of exceptional performance within Operations Management, Engineering and Technology or related disciplines supporting Production and Developmental Programs
• The candidate will be functionally aligned with the Production Operations organization and must have the basic skills required of a production operations manager.
