Key Responsibilities;
A- Acts like operation deputy General Managers in his absence or vacany of position.
B- Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or department concerned with the production , pricing, sales, a distribution of products.
C- Manage staff, preparing work chedules andd assigning specific duties.
D- review financial statements, sales and activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
F- Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
G- Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.
H- Monitor businesses to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.
I- Oversee activities directly related to making products or providing services.
J- Direct and coordinate organization’s financial and budgets activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
K- Determine goods and services to be sold, and set prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand.
L- Manage the movement of goods into and out of production facilities.
M- locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, representing management in purchase negotiations.
O- Develop and implement product marketing strategies including advertising campaigns and sales promotions.
P- plan and direct activities such as sales promotions, coordinating with other department heads as required.
N- Direct non-merchandising department of business, such as inventory and purchasing.
V- Recommend locations for new facilities or oversee the remodeling of current facilities.
S- plan store layouts, and design displays.
