Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Overall management of the company’s inventory, through Current RMS (Inventory Management and CRM software)
Ensure stock levels are kept up to date and accurate;
Stocking and tracking consumption of consumables;
Scheduling of required maintenance and servicing;
Implementation of stock take process
Management of equipment in and Deliveries
Create training guide for, and train new users on the RMS system
Management of equipment and resources across projects to ensure best possible financial outcomes;
Design, create, implement and manage warehouse and Operations systems and processes;
Ensure operational compliance to health and safety standards (warehouse and site);
Ensure communication the Warehouse team for each project delive;
Provide support to the Project Management team for all elements of the Project Lifecycle
Oversee project resource requirements – crew, freelancers, and trucks in coordination with the Project Management team;
Management of any required freight
Contribute to budgeting and planning for activities
Implement and maintain bi-weekly reporting to the General Management
Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
Understanding of product (rental) management systems and procedures
Understanding of HSE best practice
Proficient computer skills
Outstanding communication
Ability to work effectively with and relate to individuals across all levels and cultures
Ability to identify and implement opportunities for process improvements
Ability to make decisions and provide justifications
Ability to lead a team
Flexibility and ability to multi-task and be successful in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
