This is an opportunity to become the first Operations Manager of an internationally successful VR Entertainment Company in its first UAE branch.
The Operations Manager is important to the management and motivation of the team within a site. They need to oversee all aspects of the site, which includes the customers, Team Leaders, and Service Technicians. The Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring operational standards and the success of the site is maintained.
Responsibilities:
-Collating and evaluating operational matters.
-Liaising with a Foreign Support team
-Managing customer relations.
-Selling, organising and managing corporate events.
-Managing the team through regular updates.
-Scheduling staff, managing wages and conducting performance reviews.
-Ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to.
-Identifying areas for improvement.
-Implementing changes to increase efficiency.
-Managing the site's administration and financial reporting.
-Managing the site's KPIs and performance.
-Managing the site's stock levels.
-The Operations Manager will also have superior knowledge of the Company Portal to set up the back end of the site.
