Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating proje teams, and driving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
•Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
•Coordinate project teams to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
•Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
•Manage relationships with partners and stakeholders.
•Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
•Participate in budget development and oversight processes.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
•Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
•Experience in the marine and civil construction industry for 15 years or more.
•Strong leadership and project management skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
