*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Market Analysis:*
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of options markets.
- Monitor and interpret market trends, news, and economic data to identify trading opportunities.
- Use technical and fundamental analysis to make informed trading decisions.
2. *Trading Strategy Development:*
- Develop and implement effective options trading strategies.
- Evaluate and optimize trading strategies based on performance and market conditions.
- Backtest strategies using historical data to ensure their effectiveness.
3. *Execution and Risk Management:*
- Execute trades in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor positions and manage risk through proper position sizing and hedging techniques.
- Adhere to risk management policies to minimize losses and protect capital.
4. *Portfolio Management:*
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of options positions.
- Continuously assess and adjust portfolio allocations to maximize returns.
- Report on portfolio performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
5. *Technology and Tools:*
- Utilize trading platforms, software, and tools for analysis and execution.
- Stay updated on the latest trading technologies and methodologies.
- Collaborate with technology teams to enhance trading systems and tools.
6. *Compliance and Reporting:*
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all trading activities.
- Prepare regular reports on trading performance and risk metrics.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
- Proven experience as an Options Trader or in a similar trading role.
- Strong understanding of options markets, derivatives, and financial instruments.
- Proficiency in trading platforms and financial software.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strong risk management and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Preferred Qualifications:*

- Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience with algorithmic trading and quantitative modeling.
