• Reporting to the Business Applications Manager, the Oracle Consultant - Fusion HCM will provide expertise in the areas of Fusion Cloud Saas & PaaS, primarily HCM core, Payroll, Fast Formula, Benefits, Absence Management, Approval Hierarchy & Time and Labor, Talent Management , OTBI and HCM Extracts, HDL, OTBI, PBL, Security, Scheduler.
• Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle, to include Requirements Gathering & Analysis, System Design & Development.
• Facilitate business by Testing, Troubleshooting and providing Post Go live Support.
• Assist Business Users in mapping and streamlini business practices to implement various Oracle Fusion cloud modules, using standardized implementation methodology including reports specification development and deployment.
• Assist, coach, and mentor other engagement team members on issues they may encounter in the design and implementation of solutions.
• Identify functionality gaps in Oracle HCM Cloud and build extensions for them.
• Responsible for Payroll processes and following setups Time Entry and Time Calculation Layouts & Rules, Elements, Element Entry, Balance definitions, Calculation cards, Retro events, Object groups, Payroll Relationships
• Responsible for setup and maintain payroll costing and costing to GL integration
• Responsible for developing and adhering to engagement team project standards to ensure the delivery of quality deliverable.
• Responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions
• Responsible for configuring and providing support for HCM Mobile app.
• Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud functionality
• Assist business by preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and develop test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion configurations.
• Validate configuration and data for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion configuratio and provide support.
• Conduct Function Design Workshops for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion configuration and support
• Develops and documents Company's expertise, know-how, controls, and capabilities within the Oracle ERP.
• Leverages existing solutions and design to drive standardization and simplification to reduce future implementation timelines and costs.
