Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Market Development:

Identify and target new business opportunities for paper products in various sectors like packaging, hygiene, and office supplies.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales within new and existing markets.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients such as wholesalers, retailers, manufacturers, and businesses that require paper products.

Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

Market Research:

Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
Monitor industry developments to offer tailored solutions and competitive pricing.
Brand Promotion and Networking:

Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
Network with key decision-makers in potential client organizations.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:

Track sales performance and report results to senior management.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure product offerings meet market needs and client demands.
Provide feedback to the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Required Skills:
Strong Communication: Must be able to effectively present, negotiate, and close deals with clients.
