Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand the market and increase sales
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements
- Conduct outside sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and monitor customer interactions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
Experience:
- Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
