To implement and to ensure achievement of the packing production plan in compliance with company policies, procedures and standard to meet business targets.
1. To implement the agreed company policies and procedures for the plant operations to achieve agreed productivity, efficiency and safety. To manage production line supervisors and operators to ensure proper quality and production controls are followed.
2. To report to the Assistant production Manager / Production manager any problems arising from production, processing, quality, and machine breakdowns in order to reduce losses and increase efficiency.
3. Arranges for proper maintenance of machines and equipment. Assists line personnel and
maintenance troubleshoot under performing lines. Recommends improvements in equipment
and processes.
4. Instruct and oversees employee safety, quality and operational training to ensure all duties are
performed efficiently and effectively.
5. To implement the production plan in respective shift as per agreed company procedures and
standard, in order to achieve the quality andquantity targets.
6. To study,prepare, seek approval and implement any special project as assigned by the
Assistant prod. Manager / production manager with in specified time to increase plant
productivity, profitability and reduced losses.
Education:
Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
Pasta Manufacturing: 3 years (Required)
supervisory Exp in Food Production: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
Bsc in En in Food Technology (Required)
