•Business Development for both existing and potential clients at global level.
•Identify new markets and keep abreast of competitors and market information.
•Actively drive business revenue by generating leads, managing key client relationships, and identifying and acquiring new clients and markets.
•Implement and manage proactive account management strategies to foster strong client relationships and repeat business.
•Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to the team, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
•3-5 years of experience in Aircraft Charter Brokering with a proven track record of successful deal-making in a competitive sales environment.
•Strong analytical abilities to assess market conditions, client needs, and team performance.
•Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making aptitude to lead the vertical.
•Goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and self-motivated.
