- Minimum 2 years of experience in baking and preparing creams and spreads.
- Well knowledge of food code and its application as per UAE regulations.
- Ownership of menu and its development to provide the best consistency and high quality of final products.
- Able to manage team of staff at different time shifts creating a smooth operations and healthy environment among staff.
-Front customer experience would be an added value
Bartender:
- Minimum 2 years experience in drinks making services.
- Hands on different mixes of coffee / drinks based.
- Charismatic and customer satisfaction oriented.
-Ability to add on to the drinks menu.
- Bar inventory management
- English literate is a must.
- Cleaning and Hygine
