Manage the day-to day- functions of the payroll for Admin Employees
Handle all employee changes for Admin Employees (transfer, salary changes, separation, earnings and deductions).
Leave Management of Admin employees including all type of leaves like Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Unpaid Leave or any other related employee leaves.
Opera all calculations for End of service settlement and gratuity.
Provide MIRs (Management Information Reports) on periodic basis.
Overall responsibility that payroll has been processed without any errors.
Ensure that all new employees’ details, salary particulars are entered in Oracle HRMS.
Ensure that all new employees’ documents and other payroll documents are updated in the DMS (Document Management System).
Assist Line Manager in participating the compensati surveys to identify market tren of living impact.
Ensure that the full and final settlements are processed as per Company policies and procedures within the time frame.
Ensure that all transactions are online and maintain records for internal and external audits.
Maintain absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensiti data in the payroll section.
Conduct manpower aud as and when necessary.
Identify and purpose the necessary changes for the development aspects of the payroll section.
Coordinate with Finance and other departments on payroll and final settlement issues.
Attend all employee grievance with reference to salary issues and maintain register containing all issues and its status.
Minimum 3 years of payroll experience inside UAE
Bachelors Degree
