• Processes salary and benefits entitlements and ensures authorization of monthly payroll as per established policies and procedures
• Facilitates all salary and benefit requests such as salary certificate, annual leave ticket, education
allowance claims and other colleague entitlements (such as business trips tickets etc.)
• Calculates and processes payments, deductions, overtime, bonuses, of all eligible staff, ensuring that the
payment is accurate and paid on time
• Acts as a super user and provides support on the HRMI system for all URC colleagues.
• Actively involved in providing support in Colleague Relation matters such as colleague recognition,
grievance handling, disciplinary actions, colleague separations, policies and procedures queries etc.
• Performs other responsibilities and tasks as required or as directed by line manager from time to time.

• Strives to achieve the highest levels of proficiency on all competencies and skills required to perform the
role.
• Sets performance goals in the beginning of the year after discussion with the line manager and ensures
that the goals are achieved during the year.
