*Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
*manage and organize (meetings, appointment and access)
*reminding of important tasks and deadlines.
*typing, compiling and preparing reports.
*implementing and maintaining procedur systems.
*liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
*manage databases and filing systems.
* miscellaneous tasks to support their manager.
