• Act as a first point of contact for the CEO
• Planning, managing and maintaining the CEO’s diary and organizing meetings and appointments
• Handles all internal and external correspondences for the CEO
• Coordinating meetings and activities with the Team
• Preparing minutes of meeting, reports, presentations, and communications
• Liaising with employees, stakeholders, suppliers, and clients
• Organizing and coordinating travel arrangements for the CEO
• Carrying out specific projects, research and administration for his Personal and Work requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a PA reporting to C suite level
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Exceptional presentation and organizational skills
• Has ability to work using your own initiative and to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong management skills, attention to detail and efficiency
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Available in Qatar
• Can Join Immediately
