We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Personal Assistant to join our dynamic real estate team.
Responsibilities:
* Manage calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare and coordinate doents, presentations, and reports for meetings and engagements.
* Conduct research and gather information on various topics.
* Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is tracked.
* Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes taking, and follow-up actions.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
* Assist in coordinating special projects and events, both internally and externally.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a personal assistant (Preferred)
* Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
* Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and proactively resolve issues.
* Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and matters.
* A proactive and resourceful mindset with the ability to work independently.
* Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when necessary.
