Dubai based drug store with diversified products is currently in search of a Pharmacist who has experience in purchasing medication and preparing quotes / tender to join their growing healthcare team in Dubai. S will be assist with the development of quotations on various projects. You will coordinate drug store custom product line in relation to creating, analyzing, pricing and quoting based on customer requirements. You will be responsible for answering inquiries, dealing with issues and solving problems in a positive manner to ensure a superior level of customer experience. Main Responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Prioritize 'Requests for Quotations' (RFQs) received from the Sales department. Coordinate new a modified formula requests. Liaise with the Purchasing department to manage new raw and packaging materials and requests for price break information. Follow up with other Departmental Units to obtain the required information to complete quotes. Prepare accurate quotes following guidelines for profitability and turn-around time. Sending RFQ to all suppliers in UK , GERMANY , USA , INDIA , TURKEY , AUSTRALIA Submit prepared Quotes to all customers . Keep record of all Quot submitted + W Info
- Ensures that the preparation of Quot checklists and quantities are accurate.
- Ensures that the calculations and cost information contained in all Quot are accurate
- Arranges all relevant Quot doents required.
- Evaluate actual cost data and determine unit price. Must be well versed with online submission procedures of quotation. Maintain the Quotation's Log; keeping record of completed quotes, dates, volumes, etc. Other duties and responsibilities related to Quotations requested by the Quotations Manager as needed Product & Market Expertise
- Maintain up to date detailed knowledge of their product / services. Be able to present and discuss the technology and clinical benefits and terms which are relevant to customers.
- Create viable product configurations which meet customer needs effectively, while achieving optimum margin for the company.
- Differentiate assigned product offering during the various stages of the sales process, effectively using company's resources and approved product marketing and product promotion material to actively support the customer through their decision making process towards a successful outcome for the company. RequirementS Bachelor's Degree (Pharmacy) with minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing medical, pharmaceutical or non pharmaceutical items) .
