We are searching for a well-organized and experienced Planning Engineer to join our team as the new planning engineer. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Establish and communicate cost, schedule baselines, and ensure control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance
Produces Plans, Program and Projects, controls information, sets the performance baselines
Develop initiation program for all project stages
Develop an overall project progress control system for all phases
Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them..
Monitoring and tracking project progress and Delegating tasks.
Attending and scheduling meetings as required.
Understanding and meeting all contract requirements.
Communicating with managers, supervisors, and the rest of the team.
Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets.
Develop initiation program and detailed plans for all project phases
Develop an overall development project progress control system for all phases
Draw up action plans for the recovery of slippage and implementation.
Review and understand all relevant project doents and conditions
Establish and define project control procedures and identify the level of resources required to operate them
