Responsible for managing of all departmental activities.
At times the manager will be responsible for overseeing all manufacturing activities on site with authority to deal with day to day quality planning and safety issues.

13. Follow-up of the recent advancement in milk processing technology that can be adopted and applied in the processing plants.
14. Prepare and follow-up the proposed annual budget for dairy plants, costing reports, the daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports for the Dairy Sector Manager and other related sectors in the head office.
15. Preparing detailed describing list for spare parts and materials that need approval for condemnati at the end of each financial year. These will be added in one list from the project and raised to the General Manager for approval.
16. Follow-up of all security equipments working efficiency and implementation of any equipment to ensure top security precautions.
17. Prepare list for all new equipments, discontinued production lines and buildings that need insurance against various dangers. Also to prepare claims for insurance and report them to Dairy Sector Manager.
18. To participate and contribute for preparation of new projects in the dairy plants e.g. equipments, production lines, buildings and participate in the recommendations and evaluation and follow-up of execution either personally or assign committee to initial and final receiving reports and finally raised to the Dairy Sector Manager.
19. Make necessary plans for the following; a. To obtain successfully the company target plans with the ideal quality and reasonable costing. b. Assessment of employee performance. c. Check out all the records to make sure that the information recorded is correct. d. Follow-up of the preventive maintenance schedule “periodical and emergency maintenance” for all the plants equipments and machinery. e. Control of in-and-out for the Dairy Plants to avoid any discrepancy and keep losses within the identified company range according to international measures.
