Responsible for managing all the Company production operations including maintenance, purchase, quality assurance, warehouses, product delivery (fleet) for all type of stocks and overall factory safety.
Responsible for upgrading all the production lines, in term of processing and packaging lines, by making the necessary researches, and trials to reach the targeted results to do the upgrading in terms of machineries process, and procedures.
Direct the implementation of:
Preventive maintenance plan & spare parts stocks
Production Plan
Hygiene Plan
ISO & / HACCP to ensure smooth operation
4. Coordinates plant activities through planning with departmental managers to insure the production /manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.
5. Establish and monitor overall plant performance to enhance production and quality standard and promoting continuous quality improvement programs.
6. Implements cost effective systems of control overall capital, operating expenditures, manpower, wages and salaries to optimize resources.
7. Responsible for maintaining existing plant facilities and Equipments must replace or make adjustment to plant facilities and Equipments when necessary
8. Responsible for approving all purchase requisitions related to Plant operations.
9. Provides leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives.
10. Controls & disciplines Plant personnel to ensure effective utilization of Company resources.
11. Coordinates with consultants & contractors to implement internal factory infrastructure where necessary.
12. Responsible for ensuring compliance of raw & packaging materials stocks with sales plan & Finished goods.
13. Oversea the process of developing new products for marketing departments.
14. Participate in technical exhibitions and meetings to develop new business
15. Responsible for fleet management activities
