Job Brief & Responsibilities
•Sales of polymers and plastic raw materials internationally
•Open new markets by extensive marketing and sales of polymers.
•Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
•Generate and close new sales opportunities
•Manage and grow a customer account with the company
•Provide technical support and guidance to customers
•Stay up-to-date on the latest polymer products and technologies
•Would be responsible for owning and driving the sales, and operations of the polymer trading business.
•Drive supply networks and volumes; profitability for the category
•Generating leads and conversion to new orders
•Meeting or exceeding planned sales goals, both local and international
•Promoting the organization and products to increase the visibility of the company in local and international markets
•Accountable for the sales and marketing of the companies’ products.
•Responsible for the day-to-day business by maximizing the sales of products.
•Establish visit reports and monthly reports to monitor targets.
Preferred requirements:
•Team Player having extraordinary communication skills
•High ownership aligned with the vision of the organization
•Strong clientage and supplier networks within the polymer market are a plus
•Multitasking and technical know-how of well-detailed reports.
•Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
•Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
•Experience in customer relationship management.
•Experience in the polymer industry.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Dedication to providing great customer service.
•Ability to develop and lead a sales team.
