•Conduct outbound calls using provided scripts or following established call guidelines to promote our products or services (IT Solutio Solutions/Cybersecurity).
•Engage in conversations with potential customers, identify their needs, and present solutions that address those needs.
•Answer questions from existing customers and provide excellent customer service.
•Qualify leads and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities by scheduling appointments or transferring them to the sales team.
•Maintain accurate records of all calls, including customer information and call details.
•Meet daily and weekly call targets.
•Stay up to date on company products, services, and promotions.
•Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
•Strong active listening skills.
•Clear and persuasive communication style.
•Ability to follow instructions and work independently while adhering to call scripts and guidelines.
•Proficient in computer skills, with the ability to learn and use new CRM software.
