· Conduct market research to stay up to date with current trends, property values, and competitor activities.
· Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties by providing accurate and comprehensive information.
· Actively build and maintain a database of potential buyers and sellers, ensuring regular follow-up and nurturing of leads.
· Conduct property viewings, presenting properties to clients, highlighting key features, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
· Guide clients through the negotiation and sales process, presenting offers, and facilitating counteroffers to secure favorable agreements.
· Collaborate with property owners, developers, and landlords to list and market properties effectively.
· Provide exceptional customer service and establish long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
· Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to expand professional networks and promote company services.
Proven experience as a Sales Agent or similar role in the real estate industry in Dubai, preferably not less than 2 years.
· In-depth knowledge of the primary real estate market, property laws, and regulations in the UAE.
· Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
· Strong networking abilities and the capability to generate leads and referrals.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively showcase properties and communicate with diverse clients.
· Proficient in using CRM software and online property portals.
· Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
· Handsome commission will be shared.
· Bachelor's degree is preferred.
