Responsibilities:
• Marketing and Purchasing Property: Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Client Needs Assessment: Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Negotiation and Consultation: Conduct intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealings.
• Property Valuation: Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
• Property Presentation: Display and market real property to potential buyers.
• Doent Preparation: Prepare necessary paperwork, including contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements.
• Listing Management: Maintain and update listings of available properties.
• Collaboration: Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
• Market Knowledge: Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
• Experience: Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson.
• Sales Record: Demonstrated track record of successful sales.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills combined with strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Independence: Ability to work independently.
• Trustworthiness: Pleasant and trustworthy demeanor.
• Technology: Familiarity with MS Office.
• Licensing: Real estate agent’s or broker’s licen
