A Leading FMCG Group in UAE is looking for a Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to coordinate with procurement and responsible for logistics & supply-chain functions. The job role is based in Dubai and will report to the Logistics Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating with procurement functions (sourcing, selection and procurement for the company’s needs for materials and services at optimum cost, quality, and delivery standards).
2. Ensuring the procurement according to deadlines and within budget to deliver as per the plan.
3. Making system entries for purchase orders, forecasts & sales orders.
4. Collecting the sales forecast, reconfirmations, confirming sales orders and order allocations.
5. Follow up with the suppliers & distributors, freight forwarders, customs clearance, shipping companies, dispatch documents, etc.
6. Preparing Initial goods receipt note, picking list, packing list and invoice.
7. Preparing customs & shipping documents including Chamber of Commerce.
8. Filing of all documents for Incoming and Outgoing shipments.
9. Coordinating with warehouse and forwarders.
