Currently looking for a “Procurement & Logistics Officer”to join the team.
Key responsibilities of the role include: -
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures
Manage purchasing cycle including request for quotation, PO creation, PO follow up, goods receipt and supplier billing.
Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
Prepare accurate reports for upper management
Good Knowledge about global customs requirements and shipping all related functions and procedures.
Skills: -
Minimum two years in UAE on the same field.
Minimum two years in FREEZONE
Knowledge of IT industry and should have Technical background is must and would be an advantage.
Must possess excellent computer skills (TALLY, Microsoft applications Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
Bachelor Degree will be must in the Recognized University.
Preferably Male Candidates and Nationality should be Indian.
English Knowledge is Must.
