Explore / Research / Inquiry / Quotation from the market on prevailing prices, practices, and vendo the materials, Compi prices and terms and conditions.
Monitor and Coordinate delivery of materials / items / goods purchased as well as liaise with vendors / suppliers to resolve any logistics issue
Crea item specific forecasts over a rolling time prospe to be used for ordering and inventory management purpose.
Maintain procurement’s records and files (e.g. Quotations, LPOs, Contract Agreement, local and overseas vendors’/ suppliers’ Data base, etc.) for the purpose of providing up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance.
Perform any other work related duties assigned by the Procurement & Contracts Administration.
Diploma's Degree in Procurement or related discipline.
Professional certification from relevant institutions will be an added advantage
Above 05 years of relevant experience in Construction Field and 04 years GCC experience.
Should be well-versed with Construction materials, essential skills for negotiations.
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office) and ERP system.
