Job Description

Job summary:
Supervise, assist and coordinate the activities of clerical and administrative support in production operations. Offer general administration support in coordination with operations, HR and administration, finance, IT and Sales.
 
Principle Accountabilities:
Assisting the Production Operations
- Ensure that the product is available on the ERP system as and when production run completed
- Maintain record of all Production measures in the system
- Coordinate all divisional employee documentation such as clearance to withdraw passports, Public Relation related documents
- Prepare and check production report and summary
- Maintain proper filing of all the above related records.
 
Planning, Organizing, Coordinating and Documenting
- Update attendance, review sick leave, compensatory and annual leave, loan applications etc. and timely submission to adhere with HR guidelines and related policies
- Verify the documents and ensure to provide correct documentation to payroll for salary processing (attendance & overtime reports), driver commission on monthly basis.
- Handle employee grievances and re-direct it to the correct channel after reviewing the HR Policies and guidelines.
- Facilitate full uniform to all production employees in co-ordination with administration. 
- Co-ordinate with all departments to facilitate required support for the Production Operations (IT, Finance, Fleet, HR, Plant etc)
- Assist and follow-up on all the above related assignments if any. Organizing internal and external meetings and preparation of the minutes.
