Responsibilities and Duties: Creating daily, weekly, and monthly plans for production Recording & Monitoring of man-hours allocation to project on a daily and monthly basis Assist in updating manufacturing workflow, line layouts, or floor plans Eliminate wastage on man hours by reducing reworks, idle time, and unnecessary overtime Coordinate with other departments to facilitate production needs Utilization of existing manpower, resources, and workshop floor layout Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly plans to ensure delive dates for each project assigned Preparing production reports daily against planned activities Monitoring and updating production plan on ERP system including daily routine data entry to generate overall project consumption report in terms of manpower, resources, and material used for each project Monitor equipment performance to verify that production objectives are being fulfilled Schedule maintenance and repairs for equipment to guarantee the smooth running of manufacturing lines Improve manufacturing efficiency Train staff and resolve challenges in production Provide safety leadership for the region including regular inspections and handling concerns swiftly Develop, a maintain doentation relevant to manufacturing processes, systems operation, product development, and other technical procedures Assist the operators with troubleshooting (quality, mechanical, process, etc) Gather data from manufacturing lines to help in decision-making and process improvement efforts prioritizing Create new doentation or update current doentation to appropriately represent changes in a product or process Maintain ISO and minimum required standard doentation related to manufacturing and quality control requirements
