Ensure that all machines are cleaned, maintained and set up before each production run.
Ensure completeness of manufacturing, packing and all other related records.
Documentation of all the department activities.
Follow up the delivery of planned samples to QC and follow up the batches release from stage to stage.
Attend shop floor trouble shooting.
Organizing training & development of subordinates as per the approved training schedule.
Proper assignments of manpower in order to attain a cost effective manufacturing.
Inform the direct supervisor, if any abnormality or deviation occurred.
Follow up all safety precautions for personnel and machines.
Follow up all SAP documentation requirements on time.
Follow up strict implementation of the subordinates to hygiene practices.
Follow up the daily cleanness and housekeeping of the production lines.
Follow up the personnel access control on the relevant production lines.
